The most important aspects of this project were

2. The median age of the residents.

 The design incorporates a shaped silhouette and font in an early 1900's style , a central cameo derived cartouche and handlebar mustach style cartouches at each end.
A painted faux red oak finish and raw umber lettering achieve the warm requirement.
